Every overseas nurse who wish to practise nursing in Australia must be registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA). The website of NMBA (http://www.nursingmidwiferyboard.gov.au/) provides a clear guidelines regarding the registration process.
The NMBA will assess your application, work experience, nursing qualification, and English language requirements.

5 Criterion set by the NMBA for Nursing Registration

Criterion One- Be able to establish your identity;
- Criterion Two- Achieve the English Language Requirements
(IELTS Min.7.0 in each test. One sitting only);
- Criterion Three- Overseas nurse must meet the education standard set for Australia Nurses;
- Criterion Four- Provide evidence of nursing practise including the PRC License;
